Nestled in the charming Pedra Azul region of Brazil, it is carefully supervised by Henrique Sloper, former president of the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association (BSCA). Renowned for its diversity of coffee varieties, including yellow and red Catuai, Peaberry and red Bourbon, the Camocim farm grows its beans at altitudes ranging from 1,000 to 1,350 metres above sea level. This unique terroir favors impeccable balance for the coffee. As a result, it has a full-bodied profile, medium acidity and medium-to-high sweetness that enhances its delicious notes of chocolate, vanilla and roasted nuts.
